Thank you for shopping with us. We are a small, women owned business specializing in one-of-a-kind handmade pieces designed exclusively for your littles. Please note all of our items are custom made to order with the highest quality fabric and thread and a lot of love.
Returns & Exchanges
Since each of our items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns. If you have a problem with your order please contact info@pinkalderboutique.com immediately.
We do know sizing an infant or toddler can be tough, so we do happily offer exchanges. If you do need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@pinkalderboutique.com within 3 days of receiving your item. You will be responsible for returning the item in new condition with the tags and paying for the cost of shipping. Once the returned items are received, we will accept the exchange for another item of equal cost. For hygienic reasons we do not offer exchanges for masks.
Shipping
Shipping is free within the US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) for orders over $75. Order under $75, ship at the flat rate of $7.99. Most of our items are handmade after you order is placed, so please allow up to two weeks for items to be shipped.
Custom Orders
Any of the fabrics you see online can be mixed and matched! Please email info@pinkalderboutique.com for your custom orders.
Garment Information & Care Instructions
All our fabrics are prewashed with noodle and boo baby laundry detergent. Please reference our size chart for the best fit. Our baby sizes tend to run one size larger. For the best life and look of your garments it’s recommended to use a garment bag and follow these directions when washing: machine wash cold gentle cycle, lay flat to dry (French terry fabrics) or dry on low (jersey cottons). Please check each items description as different fabric may require different instructions.
Helpful hint: for lay flat to dry items, pop them in the dryer while still slightly damp on lowest heat to help maintain that baby soft feel.
Your little loves safety is so important to us!
Please be advised that our clothing is not flame resistant and not meant to be used as sleepwear. Blankets, headbands, and other Pink Alder Boutique accessories should not be left on or with babies and small children without supervision. Please remove any of these items before naps and sleeping times as they may be a potential suffocation risk. Bracelets have small parts that may become loose being potential choking hazards and are not meant for babies or small children.
